A fact found by European researcher states that the production of stress hormone namely cortisol is reduced in people who eat an ounce and a half of dark chocolate-each day for almost two weeks. When the cortisol level is high in the body can cause temporary rise in the blood pressure. When someone has the consistent problem of blood pressure then it can increase the risk of obesity, depression and heart diseases.

Flatten your belly with avocados

There is high content of monosaturated fat in avocados that help in reducing your weight. That ugly and troublesome middle that just seem to go away can be tamed by just eating avocados. Scientific studies show that people who consumed high amount of monos (about 23 percent of their daily calories) had almost 5 pounds of less belly fat as compared to those who take lower-fat and high-carb.

Bell peppers to Take care of your eyes

If you consume bell peppers as it will help keep your eyes sharp as it is rich in vitamin C, lutein and vitamin C. The fish that gives a pungent smell is a really good source of omega 3 acids which decreases the inflammation that could become the reason for blocked arteries. Eating sardines will keep muscles supple and smooth and prevent the blood clots, strokes and heart attacks.

Women need to eat right, iron-rich foods, meet daily requirement of calcium and vitamin D.

Don’t ever push your workout timings for later as later never comes. Schedule your workout timings as such that you don’t regret missing on any other things. The best thing is to schedule your exercise as the first thing in the morning as only then you will be able to make it a daily routine.

Sleep is what most women as mothers are deprivedof, so this is what most women need to maintain their health. When you get enough sleep, it will help to reduce stress, improve your creativity, boost mood and becomes easier to lose weight.

Stay positive

Positivity is the key! Women sabotage their own happiness without even making someone realize about it. Negativity can bleed into many other aspects of your lives that can prevent you from reaching your full potential leading to destroying of your happiness. Change your perspective towards life and you will see the difference for yourself.

Find some me-time

Last but not the least, you need to take out some me-time for yourself. Busy mothers, house-wives or even if women work outside, they miss out the precious time of their life in looking after others. Take yourself out for a movie, go for shopping spree, visit some new place alone or anything that make you happy and you will the difference in yourself.
